Program Coordinator - ICF/ID

The Program Coordinator manages a team in the planning, coordinating & implementing of programs & procedures for the individuals served. Develops & monitors each assigned resident’s service plans.  Conducts meetings, quarterly reviews, monthly progress notes & core team meetings. Participates in pre-admission visits with potential residents & families. Arrange for & provides staff training.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is preferred, an Associate of Arts degree with one-year experience in a direct support setting, or a minimum of one-year supervisory experience demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of two years of experience in a direct support facility will be considered.
  • Valid CDL driver’s license or be obtained during employment time frame to drive agency vehicle.  
  • Flexible schedule across 1st & 2nd shift, also available for a weekend rotation.
