Description & Responsibilities:

The internship will take place within the Office of Client Management. This office leads or supports the delivery of plan administration, recordkeeping consulting, investment and communication services, and savings and investment solutions to the client facing associates who service mid- to large-sized Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Non-Qualified and IRA markets. The intern will learn about the business as they migrate processes and policies and will:

  • Partner with client facing associates to gain an understanding of Prudential products and services
  • Interact with Relationship Managers and Client Service Managers to validate and document processes
  • Work with subject matter experts to meet deadlines for documentation and review of materials
  • Identify gaps in current processes to mitigate risk to the business
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure consistency across business lines
  • Support reporting and tracking for migration of procedures
  • Work on any new legislative changes; bringing new rules and regulations into the record keeping system, rollout to client services, and provide input for training
  • Support the development of emerging initiatives focused on compliance, retention, revenue, expense management and client satisfaction


  • Working toward a BA/BS/BBA degree
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA, with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other quantitative/business-related disciplines
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and organize information
  • Ability to work within a team environment and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and digitally savvy
