Treasury Management Operations Manager

Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA or Denver, CO. The Treasury Management Operations Manager has overall responsibility for managing business banking operations for non-credit products and services. The primary role of this position is to effectively and efficiently support the day-to-day deposit and payment operations of Heartland’s business and commercial customers. The Treasury Management Operations Manager will manage the day to day operational support of Treasury Management Services, Business on-line banking and bill payment, ACH processing and risk management, Remote Deposit Capture, Account Analysis processing and review, Merchant credit card processing and management of key vendor relationships. The focus of this role is to provide central servicing of the unique non-credit needs of our core commercial customer base. The functions included in this support role are primarily utilized by business customers.

 Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related
  2. 10+ years of Banking and Treasury Management Experience
  3. Prior Supervisory Experience
  4. Knowledge of banking products and bank deposit operations
